Care Assistant Jobs in Doncaster
Care work is demanding, and it is also one of the few jobs where you finish the day knowing you made someone’s life better. If you have the right character, we will give you the training.

Our Care Assistants Are the Heart of What We Do
That is not a slogan. Britz Healthcare was founded by people who had seen how badly care can be delivered when staff are rushed, undertrained and unsupported. We built this agency to do it properly, and that starts with how we treat our team.
We recruit for character first. Kindness, patience and reliability cannot be taught in a classroom. Everything else, we will train you in.

Roles We Are Recruiting For
Do You Have What it Takes?

What matters most
- Genuine kindness and patience, particularly on difficult days
- Reliability, because people are depending on you arriving
- Good communication and a willingness to listen
- Respect for privacy, dignity and people's own homes
- The right to work in the UK
Helpful but not essential
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Previous care, healthcare or support work experience
- An NVQ, QCF or Care Certificate

What the Job Actually Involves
Your day is a round of visits to people in their own homes. At each one you might help someone wash and dress, prepare a meal, prompt medication, do a little tidying, or simply sit and talk for a while.
You record each visit, flag anything that concerns you and move on to the next. Some visits are quick and practical. Others are the only conversation that person will have all day.
It is physical, it is emotional, and it matters.
