Arranging Care is Simple and Reassuring

We keep the process clear and personal, so you always know what happens next. Here are the four steps from your first contact to care that is regularly reviewed.

The Four Steps

  1. Speak with our team

Give us a call or send an enquiry. We take time to understand your situation, answer your questions and explain how we could help. There is no obligation and no pressure.

  2. Free in-home assessment

We arrange a free visit to understand needs, routines and wishes. This includes a home safety and risk assessment, so we can plan care that keeps the person safe and comfortable at home.

  3. Personalised care plan and carer matching

We agree a tailored care plan with you, setting out the support, timings and preferences. Wherever possible we match a suitable care assistant so the right relationship can begin.

  4. Care begins and is regularly reviewed

Support starts, shaped entirely around the person. We stay in touch, keep families informed and review the plan regularly so it continues to fit as needs change.

The Home Safety and Risk Assessment

Before care begins we carry out a home safety and risk assessment as part of the free in-home visit. It is not about red tape.

It simply helps us understand the home, spot anything that could cause a fall or make daily life harder, and plan care that keeps your loved one safe and comfortable.

What You Do Not Need to Worry About

Nothing is signed on the day

The assessment is a conversation, not a commitment. You decide in your own time.

Families are welcome

Bring whoever you would like to the visit, in person, by phone or on a video call.

The plan can change

Care can be increased, reduced or paused whenever your needs change.
