Care Shaped by Real Experience
Britz Healthcare was founded after years of working across both the health and hospitality sectors. In that time we saw first hand how poor the standard of service could be for older people, and how quickly someone could decline after being moved into unfamiliar surroundings such as a nursing home.
We knew there was a better way. A local home care service, delivered by people who genuinely care, could offer a far greater level of personal attention than any institution. That belief became Britz Healthcare.
Today we support people across Doncaster and the surrounding communities with care that fits around their lives, their routines and their homes. Whether that is a short daily visit or full live-in support, the principle is the same. We come to you.

Our Care Assistants Are the Heart of What We Do
The quality of care comes down to the quality of the person delivering it. That is why we are so careful about who joins our team.
We recruit for character first, then train thoroughly. Every care assistant completes a full induction and ongoing training, and we invest in their development throughout their time with us. Our team reflects the communities we serve, and we match carers thoughtfully so the people we support see familiar, trusted faces.
All care assistants are recruited following safer recruitment practice, including background checks, references and right to work verification. Safeguarding is part of everyday practice, not a policy left in a folder.
